On surface of the HydroWing is an pocket with enough space inside to snugly fit both hands in it. This attachment forces a great streamline position, allows single arm body alignment work, and can even be used as a big paddle!
Attachment holes
Rear holes on the left and right corners of the HydroWing allow for additional attachments. Athletes can connect a Drag Chute to each side for resistance training on underwaters, kick sets, drills, and so much more. The possibilities are endless!
Undergrip
The bottom of the HydroWing has a divot near the front edge. Athletes can use this for a stronger and more comfortable grip. Holding the leading edge of this device creates more lift when kicking on the surface of the water.
