To determine the right size HydroWing for you, measure the fullest part of a single hand.
This measurement should be a full rotation around the palm of your hand. For accuracy, have the fabric-measuring tape be below the base of your pinky finger, across your knuckles, and above the crevice of your thumb. When in between sizes, swimmers tend to choose the smaller size for a snug fit.
HydroWing combines multiple features to create a wide range of training applications. From underwaters to kicking and resistance work, it offers versatility unlike anything else in the water.
On surface of the HydroWing is an pocket with enough space inside to snugly fit both hands in it. This attachment forces a great streamline position, allows single arm body alignment work, and can even be used as a big paddle!
Plugs seal the left and right sides of the HydroWing. The hollow interior allows athletes to choose between having air or water in the device. Air allows the HydroWing to float like a kickboard, while water will make it sink.
Rear holes on the left and right corners of the HydroWing allow for additional attachments. Athletes can connect a Drag Chute to each side for resistance training on underwaters, kick sets, drills, and so much more. The possibilities are endless!
The bottom of the HydroWing has a divot near the front edge. Athletes can use this for a stronger and more comfortable grip. Holding the leading edge of this device creates more lift when kicking on the surface of the water.
